Our Company

Mahoney's Fabrication Inc. was founded as Mahoney's in 1924. Over the next 70 years we grew to be incorporated as Mahoney's Fabrication. As well as growing to be incorporated, we grew from one small shop, to a complex of buildings spanning two blocks.

​

In late 2003 we expanded again to our new 46,000 square foot facility in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Our customers' increasing requirements were the driving force for our expansion to better accommodate their needs.

Mahoney's Fabrication Inc. has added state-of-the-art, 2,000-watt laser cutting technology to our existing fabrication capabilities, which include multiple press brake forming equipment, shearing, CNC plasma cutting, and a fully operational machine shop.

We specialize in stainless steel, but have the capacity to meet all your metal fabrication needs.​

Darrel Davidow

​

Darrel Davidow is a third-generation owner of Mahoney’s Fabrication. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Lowell with a BS in Industrial Engineering.

​

Working alongside his grandfather and father since he was old enough to push a broom, Darrel has been involved with the family business for over 30 years.​

Our Products​
 

We have fabricated a number of high-quality stainless steel products from extrusion coolant troughs and tanks for clean room applications to food service equipment. Food service items are certified with National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).

 

Our food service equipment end users include nationally recognized businesses such as Starbucks Coffee Co., Au Bon Pain and Dunkin Donuts.

The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania has recently accepted a bid from Mahoney’s Fabrication Inc. for the production of stainless steel items to be used in their new facilities.

​

Other institutions of higher learning that have our products on campus include U Mass Amhurst, Boston University, University of Rhode Island and Bryant College.

​

Retail store fixtures have become popular items in our product line, thanks to Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, Sharper Image and Filene’s.
